About us:

GSA Consulting is dedicated to providing the best quality Group Decision Support System for qualitative decision variables.  The scope of our business spans;

As a consensus based GDSS, TradOff provides decision support to decision-making bodies comprising several individuals with some or all of the following characteristics:

  • diverse backgrounds
  • diverse cultures
  • entrusted with the task of generating proposals for solving problems
  • reaching consensus decisions to address problems, usually of great complexity. 
  • given limited time to perform its task.

TradeOff is a consensus based Group Decision Support System (GDSS) designed to meet the challange of improving the quality of group decisions, while at the same time increasing the productivity  of committees and groups responsible for managerial and political decision-making.

 

Its ability to measure and quantify the prevailing consensus in a group, enables the decisioin-making body to manage consensus, because if you cannot measure it, you cannot control it; and if you cannot control it, you cannot improve it. 

 

It is therefore ideal for application in political bodies such as parliaments, party caucus meetings, large and small management teams, in governments and private enterprise, but also for individual who grapple with dificult decisions.
