Hand Held Reader

Characteristics:

Direction finding of tags with Yagi antenna
Monitor and recovery of tags
Tags can be activated and relevant parameters can be displayed
Use bar graph & audible alarm to assist tracking operation

Asset Reader

Similar to the Hand Held Reader, but slightly different characteristics

Reader at entry & exit point
Activate tag via passive or active means
Passive activation 1m maximum
Active activation from 3 to 20m
Reader via Ethernet connected to Control Room data base
