Group Decision Support System
TradeOff is a Group Decision Suppirt System designed to enhance the Quality of decisiions taken by meetings, as well as the Productivity of the decision-making body. It does so by examining the value system of the group in an efficient and effective way, and then uses that as the backdrop for the ensuing decisions. It can also distinguish the good decision-makers and the not-so-good ones, and than automatically allocates a greater weight to the contributions of the better decsision-makers, thereby ensuring that the final decision is the best one that the group is capable of producing.
The Leonardo Voting System
The Leonardo voting system enables a meeting to capture inputs from all members simultaniously. This system speeds up building the value system of the group, and can be displayed for further action within second in stead of the traditional and notorious odrawn out arguing and "politicking" for which meetings are known.
