The Wild Finder is intended for use in bow-and-arrow bow hunting to track animals that have been shot and lost in thick bush..

Arrow tag:
The tag can be fitted to the back of all existing diameter carbon fiber arrows, and can be re-used as it is has a rechargeable battery. The tags are colour-coded with five different colours, each colour correspnding to a different frequency.

The effective tracking range is about 1km in thick bush, and more over flat open terrain.

 

The dummy tag:is a white tag that has the same weight and aërodinamic performance as the arrow tag. It is used for practice shooting and to set-up the bow aiming mechanism.

WildFinder

It can only be used with a compound bow that has a drop-away arrow rest.  It consists of an arrow transmitter, a dummy tag, a tracking receiver, earphones and a battery charger.

Tracking receiver:
The receiver can be set to any of the color arrow tags and used to direction find the arrow with the use of a Yagi antenna. The receiver displays the signal strength it receives from the tag.

 

 

Battery charger:
Up to five arrow tags can be re-charged at the same time.
